4 hours or so in Photoshop. Based on the default Female Shepard from Mass Effect 3 with N7 armor.My canon Shepard is an Infiltrator Femshep that I've played since Mass Effect 1! Anyway, I've been meaning to do some more Mass Effect artwork since I did Jack 2 years ago. Who would you like me to do next? I'm thinking maybe Liara... hmm.

My femShep is an Infiltrator as well. About 80% Renegade. Funny thing is, I played her since ME1 and she looks almost exactly like the default. And she looks weird when she smiles. Like she hasn't smiled in a while. She's perfect.

Yes the ingame model doesn't do justice to the original artwork by Jason Chan. It's a pity really because I really really liked it. I ended up going for a custom femshep ingame... ah well. Thanks for the comment

I've never played a single ME game, though I've heard they're all very good...
Also heard the ending of the third was very dissatisfying

Yes, Mass Effect is probably my favorite game series, although as you've heard, the ending of the 3rd game is arguably so bad that it ruins the whole trilogy. Bioware is excellent at writing characters. Storylines... not so much. Still it's up to you if you'll let 10 minutes of the 3rd game ruin a possible 90+ hour excellent experience.
