Good, she's not too prettified, and has a look that's determined but just a bit wistful, like she's reflecting on all that she's been through. Kind of Joan of Arc esque, I think!

funny how so many people see female shepard as a redhead with green eyes, not complaining, just thought it was funny

I don't think it's because of how they see her as being, it's just that she's depicted as redhead/green eyed in most fan art now because that's the FemShep Bioware created as default in ME3. I personally think my FemShep is how she should look but I think a lot of people feel that way.
