I LOVE Rotor Walrus, such an underused character. I particularly am fond of this version of him. Especially the jacket and glasses, it makes him really distinct out of the Sonic cast. And I hate that a character who constantly goes barefoot in a series of anthro characters who wear shoes all the time never gets tickled. For shame!

Anyway, I just felt like releasing something because I've been busy with real life and haven't gotten much chance to work on artwork. I omitted some details that'll be in the final pic and while you can look at previous versions of this picture, I have some serious changes in mind that'll make that useless if you want to predict what the finished product will look like.
