Yep, studying your own hands helps so much. Also, realize that fingers should be drawn with boxes, not tubes. ^_^

So many beautiful hands...the way you draw them simply amazes me...and they all look so realistic, while still having that slight cartoonish edge to 'em...kinda like Neopets does, ya know? Very, very nicely done.
