I had to rush to get out the door in time to upload this FOR YOU PEOPLE. This officially marks the end of chapter 1. Where things will go from here is a mystery. All I can say is that I hope it was worth the wait.
Quick question:
How would you like an accompanying piece of music here and there in future updates? I'm curious about how it would work.

The character interactions in this comic are just so darn amusing. I adore the dynamic between these two.
The music concept sounds interesting. It's not something I've really seen much of before, but it could be worth trying to see how it works.

I love his face at the wake up call. And the last panel with the panorama of Unova made me a little teary-eyed, for reals. This is another reason why slow beginnings are good. They make the reader relate to the impact of starting a journey so much.

Your humor is great, I've said that before and I'll probably say it again. I can tell the Sam/Billy pairing is going to be superb to watch. You have a wonderful set-up here with tons of potential to develop and potential for comedy too, and to watch them grow will be interesting.
Really excited to start chapter 2. On the music, yes. I always listen to music while writing. It is the ultimate tool, so I'd be curious to see what types of music you listen to while doing your writing. Puts you in the mind of the writer so to speak.
