Here's the cover for issue 1 of Doctor Who Classics Series 3. When I first approached this I decided to put a red light source on it. Then IDW told me that even though they liked it they wanted something more iconic for the first issue so even though they found the red interesting they wanted the local colors to show. So I did a second version.This is the second version.

Red light would have reminded me a bit of Vengeance on Varos, though. Love the glowing letters. Not something you saw often in the old ones.
