Yep thats solid now, exactly what i meant
you could keep the older one aside but im sure you get overall more positive feedback these days this way in times of Ultra High Definition
overall that clothing is even falling apart now due to it's rather bad spatial resolution and the not so optimal specular response

What Monitor are you using is it Calibrated towards a specific colorspace ?
Optimal Contrast the Glow is acceptable in a HDRI High Luminance config it is to heavy and washes the result out like a PC->TV conversion for me
i see this washing out in not so much renders lately very few use such heavy diffusion layer ontop it seems even in optimal contrast it blurs out a bit killing high frequency information, that could have been preserved

I've got Samsung LS24D390, HDMI connection, and there's no driver for it and color profiles. Within Photoshop - Adobe RGB (1998)

Are you custom Calibrated towards a Game or are you using one of the Samsung PP Modes Optimal Contrast,Cinematic,Default ?

OK i guess that is why i percept this diffusion ontop of your current results so heavily im more calibrated towards high luminance then high contrast trying to compensate the HDR->SRGB ACES tonemapping

i would suggest leaving this glow PP in Photoshop out especially if you have bloom inside the renderer active it would give you sharper perceptible overall output results especially in combination with DOF though you might lose the organic look a bit then but overall that should be controlled via the SSS setting not via PP ontop of the whole image output, though this is also a artistic decision overall
some might like this haze effect and find it even natural though if you see it the whole time it becomes odd fast and as humans we rarely percept it so extreme in nature it is there of course but not so obvious as if you look on the beach at someone and see a wall of haze in front of them you might see distortions in the air (real haze) though depending on your distance and air temperature.
