And finally, the colored piece. I saw a tutorial from *herms85 about his coloring style for Archie's Sonic comics and thought I should give it a shot. It was pretty fun and I learned a few new things too. I usually place down the flats to a piece and add the cel shading. And every now and then when I'm feeling adventurous, I'll add some gradients.This time I took the extra step by adding some highlights and touching things up with the soft round brush to give some places the airbrush effect.

Yeah, but he's actually 8. In SatAM, he's 10, and in Sonic X, he's 9. Tails is mostly shown as age 8, like how Sonic is almost always 15.

I don't really take the age thing into account considering that both Sega and Archie tends to juggle the character's ages depending on the situation. There's also the fact that they're anthropomorphic cartoon characters that live in a ageless limbo. Fiona is still older than Tails, but I place that in a broad sense.
