OH gosh this is SOOOOO old and I hate the artwork that is representing this tutorial. Enough that I'd almost remake it just to put a different artwork there lol... But my technique hasn't changed much since then and someone was asking me about glowing techniques I use so...
I'm posting it. Ahhhhhh I need to update all my tutorials so that they have pretty art in them hurhur.Anyway um... so yeah... for anyone who wants to use this way old thing.

haha your loss if you can't get past the font. There are worse fonts lol. Its old I don't feel like revamping it.

honestly you could just color *anything* lol and I'd kill to see how it would turn out. These 3 are my only recent, decent digi-lines tho.
