I have tried a number of times to make a gelatinous cube I liked. This one is not it either. Have to keep trying I guess.

Had the best time with this monster once. With a bit a subtle word play the players believed some sort of energy field was suspending jewelry, armor and weapons off the floor. We determine that the magic here was not harmful (but of course the harm had nothing to do with magic) . So, sure enough, we reached in to grab something only to be grabbed ourselves. That moment when the light-bulb went off and we realized we had just stuck our hands into a GC was absolutely classic

Cube is mostly self made but I used an underwater scene from to give it texture. That I think is the best part. Now I just need to find a way to sit the cube into the environment better.
