Not specifically, no. Flaming skulls are a fairly typical motif but as soon as you put one on anything but a skeletal body you get something that looks like Ghost Rider.

Well he looks like a different character from Ghostrider with a flaming skull, I just forget what his name is. In the video game you race him towards the beginning of the game.
