I made a quick guide a while back... I hope it's useful!Usually i make one layer for each step: Base colors, Shadows, Blush, Highlights and white gloss. If necessary you can make a second layer for shadows, or use a darker shade for shadows in the same shadows layer, if you find it too light for you.
