what size of file do you use for a comic page? pixel wise like 30x30 sorta thing.

Resolution of 300 and the pixels are 1700x2190 or so

photoshop, all the lineart is drawn on paper first though.

I pretty sure you can do similar things with other programs, but I use Photoshop Elements 4.0
