Description
This is a very basic tutorial for beginners to DS. It covers the basic/introductory usage of default DS distant and spotights.
The tutorial is aimed at 3Delight users, and will NOT apply to Iray renders as far as I know.

thanks so much I so needed this...now if I can only get my daz or poser to work after that last Win 10 update....something caused them both to go bananas

You're quite welcome. It's meant to be a very basic introduction to the distant lights and spotlights that come with DS, and how to use them/what the parameters all mean and do. 
And I feel your pain about Windows updates... I'm stuck on Windows 8.1; I refuse to touch 10, and I can't downgrade to 7. >.< LOL
