I've got a ton of 5' action figures, many of them Jurassic Park, but, as cool as the JP raptors are, they are a far cry from what REAL velociraptors were like. Sooooo I decided to make one.
Heh, got to take some pictures of him with Dr. Grant and Ian now. I bet they'd be a lot less scared of this little fluffy guy.

Thanks! Hope to have some. I'd like to make other dinos posable too. but I'm not sure how i would do that with the non feathery ones. Raptors and such I can needle felt or, as you saw, wrap with yarn. I haven't for the life of my figured out how to do the same with ones with scales. You can't really hide the joints there.

You could always cover them with cloth. Kind of the way that person did with Indoraptor.
