Check out my art raffle: 2000+ watchers art raffle!
I finally reached 2000 watchers, thanks to everyone for your support! ^w^
So I decided to make another raffle
How to enter:
1) be a watcher (new watchers welcome!)
2) repost this journal entry
please only repost to the new journals, the repost should appear in my inbox!
3) fav this journal entry
4) comment with the character you want me to draw - may be your OC, fanart, etc
5) You can only comment once
Rules:
I'll choose the winner using the random number generator.
In the beginning, there is only one prize - a colored portrait of your character from me, like this one:
BUT!
If there are 100+ participants I'll add another prize, for 200+ - another, for 300+... well, you've got the point.
So, the earlier you participate and the more participants will be there - the more chances you have!

Thank you for this tutorial!
In step 2 you say, "Sharp it." Do you mean go to Filter->Sharpen->Then select one of the sharpen filters? Just wanted to check.

Yeah! But it turns out they meant the Sharpen tool located on the left hand side menu where the brush and others tools are. It doesn't work if you do it the way I thought they meant.

I used Sharpen Tool, but probably with filters it'll work too
