well, for me it's a combination of Across the universe by Beatles, Fireflies and Vanilla Twilight by Owl city.

Let's say that the song is sung in America's point of view...
If you take a look at the lyrics, you'll see some lines which surprisingly describes him being in love with Piri, especially these:
We can travel to Spain where the rain falls mainly on the plain side and sing

On a spinning ball in the middle of space, I love you from your toes to your face
Note that he mentioned Spain who is Piri's papa and the second set of lines kinda describes Piri's addiction to texting, the wars they've been through, and America's over-all love for her. XD
Here're another set of lyrics:

For me, those lines describe America taking Philippines in and accepting her.

well, scraps also count as deviation so it takes a number in the 'number of deviations'
The only difference it makes is that your watchers wont see the deviation unless they follow your scraps too.
Maybe you can just upload it to another image hosting website?
