Ok you first have to understand that they are poke'humans. And that Mewtwo under the control of a evil Ai (She was possessed also) fought Aurora the human Mew and his love. The fight went on for a long time until Aurora finialy knocked some sense in to Mewtwo and he stopped fighting. So Aurora and the possessed Ai fought Aurora finialy won but when she won her powers were very weak and she fainted falling to the ground Mewtwo tried to save her by stopping her fall but he to was drained from the fight and passed out. When he awoke he found out that Aurora was in a coma. Mewtwo thought it was his fault because he did not trust Aurora. So he sat with her for 3 months waiting for her to recover when a book of fairy tales magically appeared on the bed. Mewtwo did not think much of it at first but when he got to the story of sleeping Beauty he realized that Aurora was like the Princess. He decided to give the kiss theory a try and when he did noting happened he was distraught and was moving away from the bed when he saw some movement out of the corner of his eye. Turning around he noticed that Aurora was waking up. He quickly picked her up and hugged her so happy she was alive again. Aurora was very confused. "I thought you said you hated me?" she said softly.
Mewtwo shook his head. "I could never hate you I love you." He then kissed her on the lips again.
