I converted my video to .wmv format, but when I tried to change it to .swf, it said my file was too big. The file is exactly 295 MB, so what should I do?

Deviant art will not accept files larger than 100 MB. This means you need to make sure the .wmv file is not larger than 100 MB. Which means you must convert your .avi file to a standard non-HD .wmv file.

Okay... I'm sorry to bug you again.... I fixed the file and it shrank to 108 MB, but the you convert it thingy won't convert it 'cause it says it's too big....

That's weird....well there are other online converters...and even if it does convert, it's still too big for deviantart. Remember, it has to be under 100 MB to load onto Deviant art.

Umm stupid question...what do I render for the movie file? I know I need flash...but IDK what one that is >.< yo soy estupido

All you need to do is render it to AVI file like you would a normal video. You just open up the file you want to be rendered to a video, then you click on File>render to AVI. Once you have the AVI file, it will be huge if you don't use a codec. So you load the video to Windows Movie Maker and save there so it will become a .wmv file and it will be smaller. Then you can use the site in the tutorial.

You can, but usually when you do that, the .swf file comes out too big. So I suggest you convert it to a .wmv file to make it smaller.
