Yes this is. Clouds in the lower layer moved one way and the layer above moved the other way. I don't do manips

I go to the beach (live near it) a lot right before or after a storm.
The clouds usually move like crazy and this day was no different.
When I parked my car it was still raining and when I noticed the sun coming through a bit, I went to the pier.
I could quickly make a few shots and the sky was completely clear blue again in 30 or so minutes.

Thanks man! There was a 30 minute window to do this. After a few shots the sky was clear blue again!
