Just a mini redesign of my character Stephen. He dresses flashy, always in red, black and gold themed clothing. That's more of a design choice than a character quirk though :'D

Stephen is Frank's boss and the overseer of life and death. Standing roughly at around 5'2 and appearing eternally youthful and rather feminine, his looks are incredibly deceiving.
He is nasty, selfish and uncaring, any kind of warmth that comes from his general direction is usually because of his right hand man, Michael . They are often confused for one another due to Michael fitting the role in appearance a lot more than him.
Stephen is a little bit self conscious of his height so he tends to wear shoes with a bit of lift. He is constantly living in his Fathers shadow and it bothers him a great deal so he tends to overcompensate for everything by being incredibly brash.

He wont allow Frank to die, proclaiming he couldn't find a better man to fill his shoes. It is an abuse of power on his part, but no one really questions him. (except for Frank)
Despite being a rather horrible individual, Stephen on occasion will share nuggets of wisdom that prove to be rather informative, helpful and somewhat comforting. Not that he means for them to be, usually he just wants people to shut up.
