Just posting my app art separately because it got chopped a bit cB
Pretty sure Snow is my top FF character, or at least close to it, I'm a fan of the loveable funny dudes in all the older games but seriously, they just booted Snow's hopes and dreams out the window and I'm just like yeeeesssssssss :'D
Just saying I wont be too gutted with whichever way he swings with his alliances, he can be bad and I'll love it, he can get boxed in and come right and I'll still think he's all good cB Just keep the suit, bro.

I really like this piece. Snow looks as if some just messed up and he walked in as if he was the solution.

Wow this picture is so strong. It shows so much of Snow, of who he is, and what he's gone through. He was always a very hopeful character, even in their darkest times as L'ce he kept hoping for the best. But after so long without Serah, without Hope, without nearly everyone, one can only break apart.
You captured this very nicely here!

I dislike how somber they made Snow in Lightning Returns, but on the plus, he does have a bitchin' suit.

Never played LR but I dislike the concept of the time meter. I get that it fits with the story but gameplay-wise, it's kinda bad imo. You can't explore and stuff without thinking about it.

Really I got so bored waiting for timed events to happen, and the main story requires you do side quests to win so it was just like ehhhh, Sometimes I just wanna do story not all side quests to unlock one event :'D Side quests are just nice little distractions from the main story usually, not the main event.
But yea, don't waste your time, it's quite disappointing story-wise XD

That and Hope never stops talking. Ever.
I don't mind Hope but you'd get tired of anyone if you hear them almost every 2-3 seconds.

I guess you could say the whole game could've been made better I suppose. Would have liked it if you could recruit the old party members like Snow, Vanille, Sazh, etc. as you progressed through the game but all we got was...Fang. Which is awesome but not when she's all that you have to play...:/

And I loved how you did all! >///< Shadows, lights, the pose, that stare that just seems to looj through your soul, the ice behind it, and the effects... OMG...
And I can´t agree more with you: I love both that lovely Snow on the older games, but this Snow, this one, so torn, sinking in angst and pain, mourning for 500 years, so sad and so dark and bitter... I love it, too! >__< But I think that something I love SO MUCH is how he is changed. I mean, there is for sure a HUGE evolution, he is a developing character: he was good, and now he isn´t anymore by Lightning´s side, instead he seems to be "bad", or something close to it, even if I´m sure that he ISN´T bad, but he just can feel pain and the chaos only increases it... Well, more than "bad", I would rather say "desperate".
Poor Snow. He had 500 years of suffering, with chaos playing tricks on him for sure, and... well..
I would say to Lightning: fix this.... fix him. Prevent him of doing something that he wouldn´t have done before and that he would regret, something that I think Serah wouldn´t be proud of, make him return to solid ground, because I know that, whatever it is that he is planning, it´s not good if he says that "if he has to battle the Saviour, so he would do".
Well. Even if Snow was bad, I would still love him (same as you said), because of him, because I knew who he was, what made him change, and the character itself, his evolution, is really awesome. Even I would say it is a masterpiece to turn someone so cheerful, so happy and positive like him to a cool, sad, gorgeous and torn version of himself (and by the way, I love drastic changes in stories, and the drama).
I´m SO eager to play Lightning Returns...
I haven´t finished FFXIII-2 yet, but I know little things, and OMG... this game sure looks AWESOME. Specially the parts of the trailers where Snow and Lightning were shown, and the best... the battle between them: you can feel the tension, the sadness, the anger, the darkness, so much feelings (and Lightning´s faces every time he appeared on a trailer with Snow are so much emotive).

You did a great job with this drawing! And.... I guess it's a nice choice of character... he looks incredibly attractive! his stance and presence is incredible, truely! The way you made the light and the expression... everything to make him look powerful...

Badass! I hated Snow throughout XIII and XIII-2, but now I'm actually excited to see more of him in LR! He's turning out to be a deconstruction of the usual "hot-headed hero" trope, and I love character development like that. Not to mention his new design is friggin' awesome.

Ahehehe cB He was a rather disliked character from XIII by a lot of fans but oh man I enjoyed him way more than I should have :'D
He was like an annoyingly optimistic punching bag XD
And then they threw him in the DLC thing throwing around horrible one liners with one of the more notorious characters from the old games and I just got stupidly happy because I needed more Snow from that game ;u;
Seems his personality took a 180 flip for the 3rd game but I'm looking forward to seeing him with crushed hopes and dreams c8< /rambles

Ahahahaha, just spent over half an hour on YouTube watching his character. He seems ridiculously adorble! I will have to go watch all the scenes from the game as I don't know anything about it!
I still own and am obsessed with FFX. I just love Tidus and Yuna way too much! Ahahahaha!
