Recently I have seen more and more brilliant MIUI lockscreens, unfortunately my device (ZTE Blade) will most probably never be supported.Using a Lockscreen theme by MIUI, I took the slider images and made up a custom widgetlocker slider. I also took the necessary images to make up the lockscreen look I was after.
Using Missed it! [link] and minimalistic Text [link] on a 9x9 grid with 2 sliders i was able to position the clock and counters after some playing around.
I have put together a zip which holds:
•MIUI like widgetlocker slider
•Wallpaper overlay (Put the .png layer on top of your desired wallpaper in PS or gimp etc.)
•A few already made wallpapers.
•Missed it! saved preferences. (place in root of SD card)
•Mclock mod. (In folder miuilockclock)
A little more tinkering may be needed to get the perfect position of missed it widget.
Only tested on HPDI device.
Overlay positioned to be just under notification bar, and will need to be moved up if you use a hidden notification bar.

EDIT: The zip now contains my MIUI like Mclock mod which seems to be a better method for the clock.
(You got to chose between overlay or Mclock as cant be bothered tinkering with position, sorry. But feel free to do it yourself.)

A mdpi version would be awesome. I don't know why, but the islider is severely vertically distorted. I really hope I'll be able to use this at some point.

Also, I saw you have a ZTE Blade. My girlfriend just got the ZTE Warp on Boost. Is there anywhere I can check to see if there are roms being made to work on that, and if rooting it is possible?

Just to be sure, you are adding this slider into an 'anchor' and not just the gird?

Dunno what's an anchor or the grid, I want to add it to the bottom half of widgetlocker, and the result is the same as someone linked, a vertically distorted image. While this is the coolest WL skin I've seen out there, so I want it badly.
I've seen other skins with 400*300 sizes, so I tried to resize the background and the slider by means of increasing the canvas (not the image itself) upwards from 152 to 300 pixels, leaving the images at the bottom. Result was even worse. 
I also have a 320x480 screen phone, many would love this skin, I'm sure. If you can give me some hints, I'm doing well with photoshop, just don't know WL's skinning basics. You might be able to help quicker (either with resiziing or with giving me the right dimensions) than if I'd read the whole guide just for resizing this.
Hope I didn't sound too demanding, I'm just excited to have this theme.

For sizing and positioning after setting the width to 480, for HDPI I usually have to just play with the rest until I get it how I like it.
By anchor I mean going to Widgetlocker Settings > look and feel > Layout, and make sure you have at least one slider 'anchor' at the bottom, in which the slider is inserted, not into the grid. This way WL resizes as necessary, unlike when inserted into the 'grid' part..

OK, then I'm placing it in the anchor area.
In fact my phone is 320 pixels wide, so I dunno how 'tall' the image should be, if its original width is 480, also since my phone is not rooted, I can't even create screenshots.
But then I'll try to play around unless someone already managed to fix it for 320x480 screens. Anyone?

I think I wrote some instructions in the download, but I'm not sure now.
You need the app widgetlocker (paid), which replaces your lockscreen, and is very customizable.
In the download there is a slider theme for widgetlocker.
Also in the download there are a few wallpapers with the outlines already put on them, so you set one of them as the background in Widgetlocker.
You then use Missed it! (paid) app for the counters (preferences in the download) and minimalistic Text (free) app for the clock at the top.

The set up that worked for me are also up there, but you may have to work it yourself if it doesnt look right

Mind, saying all that I think you would be able to install the MIUI rom on your phone, which is what this is copying. Try a google search or at look over at xda-developers if you wanted to.

Now I did some workaround by paste on wallpaper background for slider. Slider is working great in WidgetLocker, and all looks great. But there's some work, 'cause I'm pixel-perfect

Hey, it looks awesome but.. I can't make it work on my Blade as nicely as you have.
What grid configuration do you have in Widgetlocker? What size of widgets did you choose? What font are you using?

9x9 grid with 2 sliders as explained in the description.
Minimalistic text was a 4x1 widget then stretched.
Missed it i think was a 4x2, then stretched to the shape required.
Further trial and error alterations are probably needed in each widgets settings.
The font is called GeosansLight I believe.

Everything's fine and dandy except for one thing. I can't place the minimalistic text widget right below the status bar as you have. While dragging it just goes red and refuses to be placed there. Any ideas?
Also, any ETA when would you release the Mclock mod for this?

I just inserted a 4x1 minimalistic text widget right at the top, and stretched horizontally.
Make sure your missed it! widget isn't stretched into the top row maybe?
Mclock mod has now been added to the .zip
However its probably not going to work well with the overlays, so you may have to do some adjusting if you wanted both with the calls/texts part.
