Can I ask, what's your strategy for doing the texture of the nebulas? Do you use some custom brushes? Very nice man I like it.

Yeah i made some custom brushes just for texturing smoke/clouds and everything related, though i dont use them very often, most of the time PS standard brushes

Fantastic, gives a great sense of depth and the lighting is really amazing especially on the edges of the nebula. One thing I might suggest that you can play around with is maybe shrink the planets to give it a better sense of scale since the focus is on the nebula here anyway.
..and 1920x1200 would be great

Congrats mate, you have a great piece of work here and especially the nebula is really awesome, great details and depth.
The planet is a bit boring indeed, that might be due to the texture which is not that interesting. Considering the fact that the nebula doesn't provide proper light sources as bright as a sun, I think the planet is way too bright here. The color should reflect on the planet's atmosphere, but imo it has to be a lot darker.
As I mentioned above the nebula is fucking brilliant, however, the cliché coloring/concept really doesn't do it justice, therefore it sort of looses its zing for me tbh. Overall I believe it could be a lot better if you get rid off the main giant and focus more on the nebula instead.
I hope you don't mind a bit critique, you've already done a great job on this. I could have never done a nebula like this
