Stunning! I just wanted to let you know that I credited this with a link-back as partial inspiration for my description of an astronomical phenomenon in my Mass Effect fanfic, here: [link]

Critique everything you see.
Anyway this one blows my mind. The texture, lighting, and composition are flawless. Also the title matches the image perfectly. Everything is magnificent. Nice one.

the big planet lays behind the nebula but normaly the plant must lay in front of the nebula
the rest looks nice

ChrisCold In reply to Scorpidilion [2008-08-09 14:21:57 +0000 UTC]
It's a kind of clouds or just intergalactic abnormal stuff. Maybe glowing dust from the asteroid crashes.
You know, a nebula is just gas, dust and plasma so it can't be seen without a light source like stars.
However, nobody knows how the universe is constructed. And that's why I'm doing this. Cause Spaceart is IMPROVISATION PURE.

I was following your series before this and I wasn't expecting a planet scene but this is really amazing.
The contrast of the chaos, like the astroids and swirling light(right) with the gradual return to the subdued and black universe(left) is what makes it cool for me!
Really well done and you definitely succeeded in getting in the details.

Yeah, thx.
Maybe I should add more little asteroids to fill the space?

dnb-nOise In reply to ChrisCold [2008-07-31 15:20:14 +0000 UTC]
Hmm no...the asteroids are just fine.I was staring to it for a while...i think you should add more detail in the bright cloud area.Thin darker lines maybe...dunno you are the creator I want to say that the scene is fine just the way it is, so i don't say you should re-touch it, i just say what bothers me
(hate writing long comments because of my bad english, but i hope you understand my point).Cheers and yes...this is one of you best ones, keep em up
My next work will go out in the second Attrius pack (10-th of august probably) i'll be very happy to get a lot of critique for it...i want to develop my skills learning from my mistakes
