Ghastly's always been one of my favorites since I was a kid, so this one was interesting. I always kind of imagined them stalking city streets and alleys on foggy nights for some reason.I tried to record this one but failed! The program bugged out towards the end and my screen started flashing horribly and almost gave me a seizure. Needless to say I am going to find another recording program.

Thanks! Yeah Gengar is a little weird sometimes, a lot of times his mouth will never move from a smile when he's animated no matter what's happening to him. Like in the first Pokemon Stadium game he would get hit with something horrible and his eyes would scrunch up in pain, but his mouth is still a giant grin. It was really awkward, I laughed every time I saw it lol.

The Ghastly line was also one of my favorites. I thought those guys were so cute.

Oh good, that was a bit of an experiment. I wanted to try something aside from just having it look like smoke or gas. In the games and show it's always got a hard edge to it and looks a bit more... solid I guess? That's what I was going for here while still maintaining the style of the rest of the painting.
Anyways, happy you commented on that.
