Seems like the south pole will have a giant tongue overhead, and the western part of the world will be staring down it's throat.
Nonetheless, awesome job Dr Maniacal! The detail is great and I like the detail put into the eye and tongue and the teeth. Intreasting concept too!

Why does this sound so much like an old school game?
Awesome job dude, the colors and the strokes look amazing. One critique though; I would clean up the lines around his teeth, they almost look like a cut and paste into the rest of the pic.
