I picked this game up a couple weeks ago, and it has REALLY surprised me so far. Who knew that playing as a 5 year old boy running away from his insane murderous mother through a horrible labyrinth under his house with his tears as his only means to defend himself could be so fun!

Here are the different playable characters (from right to left: Judas, ???, Maggie, Isaac, Cain, and Eve) and some of my favorite bosses (Thanks to Iketsu for the idea regarding how the bosses would play into this composition). I tried to illustrate the characters sort of how I like to play them. Judas I keep the book of belial and go for as much damage as possible, I like to utilize Maggie's yum heart and get really bulky with lots of health, with Isaac I make the most of the D6 and get amazing builds nearly all the time, Cain I like to get as many pills as possible and Mom's pill bottle if it drops to make good use of his luck foot, Eve is fun to get really low health on with a bunch of spirit hearts to stay in her cursed form constantly, and ??? is just dead on the floor with poop everywhere because that is what I do with him most. Poop everywhere and then die. Though I actually have the second most number of successful runs using him, go figure.
