Well, the first question that came into my mind was: Is that a photography or a drawing? And that, because it looks so real life. Her expression is rather an innocent look. There is happiness and gaity in her eyes. I also like the parted lips, drawn to a smirk. The freckles match well the red flowing hair. All is very detailled and exquisite drawn. You can even make out the little dimple in her cheeks. Interesting are also the elfears, they look as if they belong to the girl and do not have the sense on being clued on. The blurred background even highlights the detailled girl more. All is kept in a similar bright tone, which renders the portrait joyful.
Disturbing are the little black shadows/sprinkles in the rosy background or the background could have even another colour, so that the girl sticks more out.
Overall, it is perfect and extraordinary. Keep up that great work!
