the vanishing point on the left is too low, thats why the building in the middle is so sharply leaning in that direction. If you bring it up about 10 degree's, i think the buildings would be perfect.
Outside of the vanishing point, great job=] I like the composition. Oh and i think that since you're looking up, seeing the figure that large, he's not too far from the same size as the figures in the foreground, so if you could make them larger, or him smaller I think things would work great there too.
You could take the picture into photoshop, take the guys in the foreground, select them with the pen tool and then enlarge them alone and not have to redraw anything and that would work.

Paragon, I remember that name from the Milestone line, they had to change the name of their uh.. 'Superman' to Icon because AC Comics owns that name.
