Description
Forgive the poor photo. I still have the hardest time shooting my paintings. This was the best one in terms of color, clarity and contrast ..but unfortunately it was also crooked. Β Sigh. Β Anyways, this was a really fun one and came out close to how I pictured it in my head, so that's always nice.Oils on masonite.

I just framed this masterpiece in a frame that looks like it was part of a fire. It's hanging proudly in my place where it's dropped many a jaw. I'd love to commission you for a GOTG team commission. I hope you received they high res. pic I sent via my friend Joe. Thanks for creating such an extraordinary piece Chris, Jeff G.

The crooked photo just makes me feel like I am right there standing over your shoulder as you paint. I dig it all. Dig. Dig. Dig it.

Awesome! It's got that very classic "old school" feel to it like it's right out of the mid 60's. I also love that you kept the armpit webbing.

Fantastic colors. Β It's possible that the photo alters the colors dramatically but it gives it a very interesting quality.

Heh, I have an 11 17. Used it on this piece actually, but the colors and contrast weren't quite right. Adjustments in PS didn't really do the trick, but then I don't know a hell of a lot about PS.

I don't know much about the filters and setting in PS, either. If I'm trying to color correct photos, I just go to the Image>Adjustments drop down and monkey about with stuff until I find something that works.
