Art complete!This piece was quite a bit simpler than my last one, but I think the perspective and composition are a bit more elegant. That sky sure was fun to draw.
I'm trying to work on my painting technique, so this one is much less reliant on lines than my last piece. Also, I got tired of using a pre-made tree brush, so I made a new brush of my own again.
I hope you all enjoy it. Comments and criticism are always welcome, and I'll do my best to reply to every one.

This is really beautiful. I love how you did the lights in the background, they remind me of the northern lights, although I know those are many different colors, not just one. The way you have the light pouring down around the dragon is gorgeous. I really love how the light is lining the trees and.... just wow. This picture is just magnanimous.

I wanted that light to resemble the northern lights, but after playing around with a few color schemes, I thought a more unified approach would look best.

You have a rather neat style. For some reason, it reminds me of Isvoc in a way.

Yep, yep yep! The perspective works brilliantly! What I like about the view from "down here" is how the dragon's wings seem to open so powerfully that the grass appears to be slightly blown from it.
The cloud work is great, I love how the light seeps through them and illuminates the trees below
I think this piece of your is particularly full of gesture, as the movement of the magical wind the dragon blows out really shows here, along with the opened wings

I actually added a few trees on the mountains, to tie the setting together a little better.
The last one I made was a rather complex piece with some solid technique to it, but this one is better in terms of simplicity and focus. I had fun with the details, like the grass, but I don't think I went overboard on any of them.
