Many thanks to ~airyie for inspiring me to do this. Otherwise I probably never would have thought of it. There are some other really great glow tutorials on DA, but I sort of get lost when I read them...I'm hoping this one will be nice and linear.

BTW, what opacity did you use exactly? 20% 23%? I always have the problem where my opacity strokes, look just that, strokes. They aren't fluffy and soft like yours....Which is my problem. It looks like I'm just painting. Any suggestions?
The glow-dots were also something I was looking for! Very nice!

I use the airbrush setting on 20% opacity, and I keep my strokes FAST. The longer you leave it on one place, or the more you click over it, the thicker it'll get.
