That would be Sigmar from Warhammer and the Emperor of Mankind from Warhammer 40k!! Granted, I know literally nothing about these universes but in doing this piece I got to reading about it and it's characters and it seems totally insane!!!
I went with a more cartoony painted kinda style for this one, I like the result. I also wanted to throw a Halloween kinda vibe in there as well because time did not permit me to make a proper Halloween piece. I wish I could have been these dudes for Halloween, that would have been awesome!!
As it was, my Halloween was a tad balls. Maybe that's my fault, I dunno. I'm gonna go all out next year tho. DON"T LISTEN TO MY GIRLFRIEND, I AM TOO, SHE DON't KNOW ME. . . . She does, I probably won't.

It has been suggested that Sigmar is a lost Primarch, or that the Old World of Warhammer Fantasy is a feudal world/feral world somewhere in the WH40K galaxy, back when there was still rumored, tentatively canonical link between Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40000.
If so, at least it could potentially allow this to happen...

Emperor of Mankind. The psychic bolt he used to kill Horus was "more devastating than an exploding sun" which mean if it was used physically instead of specifically to destroy Horus' soul, it would have blown of all of the Sol System at least. A Primarch would probably be able to beat Sigmar in a duel without psychic powers anyway, and the Emperor can definitely beat them. Not trying to be a douche to Fantasy Hammer or anything, but it just wasn't made on such an insanely epic and huge scale.

A guy who wiped out hundreds of thousands of Orks with his mind and made a Legion of Space Marines kneel with a word, can go toe-to-toe with any one Chaos God, the most powerful psychic force in the history of Life......... Or a buff guys with a magical hammer?
The Imperium vs the Empire......... an Empire of maybe a million men, with pre-industrial age technology and a plethora of other races...... or........ an Galaxy spanning Imperium that has numberless soldiers; countless star fleets, 18 Legions of Space Marines that wipe out entire civilizations by the year. Even the Imperium at it's weakest in 40k is about as vulnerable to the singular world of Fantasy, as an Blue Whale is to a tadpole
