That would be Sigmar from Warhammer and the Emperor of Mankind from Warhammer 40k!! Granted, I know literally nothing about these universes but in doing this piece I got to reading about it and it's characters and it seems totally insane!!!
I went with a more cartoony painted kinda style for this one, I like the result. I also wanted to throw a Halloween kinda vibe in there as well because time did not permit me to make a proper Halloween piece. I wish I could have been these dudes for Halloween, that would have been awesome!!
As it was, my Halloween was a tad balls. Maybe that's my fault, I dunno. I'm gonna go all out next year tho. DON"T LISTEN TO MY GIRLFRIEND, I AM TOO, SHE DON't KNOW ME. . . . She does, I probably won't.

I know that the Emperor would win without breaking a sweat, but I am for Sigmar, because the former leads his subjects to an ultimately dark and hopeless future, while the latter marks the beginning of better days for his followers.
Still, if I keep myself to pure aestetics, this is an amazing picture, worthy of being published in White Dwarf magazine. You should consider sending it to Games Workshop.

This is epic! Being a 40K player myself (Space Marines, Guard and Sisters) I love the badassery of The Emperor, and a barbarian swinging a thunder hammer at him is pretty cool too.

Iiiinnnnnnn the red corner...... its the Master of Disaster, the Emperor of Mankind!...Weighing in a several hundred years old, and not showing any of it, he's armoured in the best powred armour that the galaxy spanning Imperium has to offer, with a mastercrafted sword, a big-ass gun, and truly terriying psykic powers he's generously agreed to not use.
Aaaaaand in the blue corner..... its the Heldenhammer himself..... Sigmar!.... A well built dude, wearing medieval steel plate, with a Dwarf-built Hammer....
Sigmar charges.
and the Emperor switches off Sigmar's brain.

The naked one does have similarities with conan, but the rest of the Warhammer concept is completely different dude. The only common ground is the savagery.
