Description
That would be Sigmar from Warhammer and the Emperor of Mankind from Warhammer 40k!! Granted, I know literally nothing about these universes but in doing this piece I got to reading about it and it's characters and it seems totally insane!!!
I went with a more cartoony painted kinda style for this one, I like the result. I also wanted to throw a Halloween kinda vibe in there as well because time did not permit me to make a proper Halloween piece. I wish I could have been these dudes for Halloween, that would have been awesome!!
As it was, my Halloween was a tad balls. Maybe that's my fault, I dunno. I'm gonna go all out next year tho. DON"T LISTEN TO MY GIRLFRIEND, I AM TOO, SHE DON't KNOW ME. . . . She does, I probably won't.

I am telling you again. You are ignorant as hell. How about saying the Roman Legion is the worst military ever because any army with guns will beat them?
How many percent of Orks in the galaxy did the Emperor kill to make a difference? Did the Emperor battle any Greater Daemon? The Emperor is the guy who creates 20 (or 18) sons so that he could sit back and do nothing. Sigmar did not stop being a chieftain of warriors. Sigmar killed so many Orks and Chaos monsters in his time that they could not ever rise again until after his death.
Anyway, Empire wins because they have an Emperor who is alive and ruling. The Imperium doesn't.
Unless you are talking about 30k Imperium, which wins Empire any day.

Ok, after reading your comments I understand your point. Having said that, let me point out some flaws in your comments. First off, you said "you need to think of the time period," after saying "magic > psychic power." In the 40k universe psychic power is the equivalent to magic. Psykers have used the 'power of the warp' to achieve the exact same things as magic so in 'reality' they would be equal. Secondly, Sigmar didn't have to emotionally deal with half his sons rejecting him and then defend his Empire against those sons (with the backing of all four chaos gods.)(Another thing before I continue: No matter how many orks you kill, there will be more. Because they are orks and the fanbase would hate to loose them.) Lastly, the Emperor created the Primarchs to be the leaders of his elite Legions to defend the Imperium and expand its borders as well. He also conquered tons of worlds before the Primarchs were found again, and I'm going to bet there was a Greater Daemon or a Daemon Prince on at least one of those worlds. He gave over control of the Crusade to Horus, not to go "sit back and do nothing" but to work on a portal that could tap into the Eldar Webway, allowing the Imperium to travel between planets without risking the dangers of the Warp.

Empire vs Imperium. Who wins?
Empire is ally of Dwarves and High Elves. Imperium does not ally with Tau (Space Dwarves) and Eldar (Space Elves) unless they need to.
Empire fights Evles because of territorial conflicts. Imperium fights Tau because of territorial conflict, but against Eldar because the lore fucked up the three factions.
Empire is led by the Emperor. Imperium is led by fucking Lords of Terra. There is no sight more inspiring than Karl Franz riding on his Griffon, slaying enemies in their mass.
Imperium has Space Marines. Badass!
Empire reflect the Middle Age with technologies and magics beyond that time. Impeirum is in the future, but is represented as 20th century society. WTF?!!!!
Empire has the most advance technology in the Old World, second only to Dwarves. Imperium is fucked up in this, the lore is stupid and does not reflect human behaviors. The developers really need to study more on human evolution.
Empire has magic colleges dedicated to light, fire, etc. The Imperium has the Astropathica Temple for psykers. Magic > psychic power.
Empire fights against Vampire Counts, but Imperium fights against Tyranids.
Empire people can worship many gods, including Chaos Gods to an extent. Imperium people can only pray to the Emperor.
So, in conclusion, Empire wins! Imperium only has Space Marines to cover their ass, which is not enough.

dude... the pdf forces of 40k, the weakest of the forces of 40k, could wipe the floor with the empire, the tech, numbers and resources are ridiculously over the top for the imperium, and 100 space marines can conquer star systems, and you are talking about all of them, empire would have to roll for anal circumference so goddamn hard

Dude. You can't compare like that. It's pathetic. It's like saying Khmer Rogue will wipe the floor with the Roman Legions because they had guns while the Romans only had spears. You need to think of the time period. The Romans used to be the most powerful war machine int their time, while the Khmer Rogue lasted about 3 years and collapsed within months under attack from Vietnam.
The Empire is badass, with technology second only to the Dwarves. Their magic is cool, too. They have legions of troops that will stomp any Orcish or Beastmen incursion. And let's not forget about the Steam Tank. Absolutely steamrolling. The Empire is good allies with the Dwarves and the Ogres, sometimes the Elves. The Imperium makes alliance with the Eldar that's it. But the most important thing that makes the Empire better is that they are ruled by the Emperor himself, Karl Franz. The Imperium is not ruled (at least not directly) by any Emperor anymore.

if they are going to fight then we would have to go by lore since the games are scaled differently. so if we take the average tatical spacemarine squad which consist of 5 space marine with bolt guns vs. the average squad of the Empire(i dont know what this is since i am not in to war-hammer fantasy). if you represent fantasy what is an average squad for the empire?

Halberdiers are the basic troops of the Empire. 10 men per squad at minumum, but it is unlikely you will have less than 30 of them.

SM squad is a versatile and tough unit, capable of engaging the range and melee. They have higher stats than basic troops of all other Warhammer 40k factions. They can hold their own against most threats.
Halberdiers fight only in melee. In fact, almost all Warhammer Fantasy units are melee. They have decent stats, about in the middle compared to others. They need support from magic and crazy Warrior Priest buffs, allowing them to take on even the toughest opponent.

space marines would win, halberds made of steel cannon pierce ceramite, and even without the standard issue grenade launcher machine guns, space marines would wipe the floor with halberdiers, and many things the empire could throw at them, they are designed to be better than humans, alot better, game stats, i have no idea, they are different games, lore wise, imperium of man because warhammer 40k is made to be over the top and over powered but warhammer fantasy is not, different scale

on top of that space marines can not lore wise be killed by anything less than anti tank weaponry. guardsman should not be able to damage a space marine unless they have heavy weaponry like heavy bolters or canons

Unlike the Emperor, Sigmar actually beat an Everchosen of Chaos without getting his ass raped.
Unlike the Emperor, Sigmar actually HAS killed a god -- Nagash.

Unlike Sanguinius, Sigmar didn't need two rounds to take out a Bloodthirster.

Sigmar is so dead. The Emperor is in power armor and can literally rip apart your soul if he so chose, he is the most powerful psychic in the history of any fictional universe, he makes eldritch demonic "gods" practically live in fear from him, even in his undead vegetable state.
All that sigmar has is a Dwarven made warhammer that would be akin to a thunder hammer from 40k.

Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40k are separate from each other in terms of Universes. even though the themes are basically the same.

However, at the same time, If you've read some of the stories involving Sigmar, It states that he was an absolute hulk of a man, practically indestructible, Wrestled Bears for fun, Ripped Orc warlords in half with his raw physical strength (not including the celestial strength given to him by the gods, as well as before he became one himself.) So overall, I would say that this would be a pretty even fight, just so ridiculously high on the epic scale, they may blow up a few planets on the way.

And yet 40k is still considered Warhammer in space where everything is upped beyond 11 on the OP scale, Face it, Sigmar is screwed if he fights the Emperor.
I have yet to see any material that has the Chaos gods of the Warhammer fantasy universe actively fear Sigmar and worked from the start to screw over his plans for the people who became the Empire, While their 40k versions literally saw and still see the Emperor as the single greatest threat to not only their plans but even their existence.
So in turn they fucked up the Emperor's plans from since before the Great Crusade even began, by warping out the Primarchs from the Gene-labs under the Himalayan mountains, across the Galaxy to 20 different worlds, and planting the Taint of Chaos in some of them and Mutating several others of them as well in the process.
I am not saying that Sigmar is Ordinary, he is far from it, and I agree that he is badass and epic but compared to the Emperor he might as well be Ordinary, because the power of the Emperor is literally on par with that of the Chaos gods power.
He is LITTERALLY holding back the powers of chaos from spilling into the universe other than from the eye of terror, by his will and power alone.
He is also projecting the Astronomicon 24/7 every second of every day for the last 10.000 years nonstop.
He also Soul-binds Psykers to him as well as Subtly guiding Humanity with Visions, Miracles, Warp storms, and with the Imperial Tarot where he vaguely projects his will onto.
All the while he has been in a permanent vegetable state and his body is more of a corpse than living tissue, he is more or less Undead like, just without all the pure evil or mindlessness that you would normally find in Undead
Also, Sigmar is just one man with one soul inside him, The Emperor is a conglomeration of literally thousands of Psykers from pre-History Humanity, all rolled up into one perfect naturally born Human Being.
Also can Sigmar rip apart the very SOULS of his enemies? like the Emperor did with Horus when he realized that Horus is beyond saving? I have yet to see or read anything that says he can.
So once again in essence, if Sigmar fights the Emperor, then he is fucked.
