this bastard is always fun to draw... he's such a caricature, BUT an eeeevil one!
...I tried to dress him as 'pimp' as possible while still looking kinda' 1950's... in hindsight, I should have pushed it a bit more... oh well!

I'd say you got the Penguin dead on. If I ever do a Web character of my own or a Halloween costume again, I just might base it off your version of him. I've certainly got the look for it, if not the personality.

Excuse the outburst, but the bios were my favourite part of that game!!! You definitely captured his character PERFECTLY! It's a shame he didn't get to be in the game though...
