I love how you gave the guy a somewhat otherworldly cast to his features merely through the shape of his eyes. Impressive detail in the patterns drawn on the skin.
I'm not familiar with Rifts, but this is the sort of artwork that sells books.

This is one of the most awesome campaigns I played it beats Marvel's Atlantis or DC Comics version by a landslide!!! But thats my opinion. check it out!

This race would be definitely my very favourite. As you may already know, I'm specialized about sea creatures and sea-life as well, adding to that real experiences in open sea and reefs diving, producing therefore some of the most fantastics encounters with wild sea life someone may experience.
I'm most certain the new species you will bring here will be a shock. And I will be sure to check on absolutely every single one of them. I'm really excited for this discovery!!!
