This is for the first LBM challenge by , design topic: CHIC ACADEME

"Your challenge is to design that uniform for the school. The uniform must at least have a jacket and something worn under it, whether it being a dress or a top and pants/skirt. The outfit may not look vulgar and must look chic *yet youthful.* You are designing for an average eighteen year old, nonetheless. Innovate with the silhouette of the outfit... us judges do not want to see boring."

I personally like combination of black and whites, with a little sudden splash of red. (the button)
my design is inspired from a skirt with an opened zip. i impliment that at the v-neck line. the whole idea is pretty simple, yet chic and fun.
since it's for a 17-21 yr olds, it's the starting years of teenage being vain, well, nothing wrg with that, so a mini skirt will do the trick. i added chic school accessories like tie and hat. just modified it to be cool to wear. the tie is a necklace with "tie" as the pendant. Long socks with leather boots. heheh.. my favourite shoes!

fabric choice would most probably mixtures garbadine and cotton.
oh yeah, i personally hate school jackets/blazer. but i love that thingy little red riding hood wear .. the hooded "cape" or smt? i dunno the name
it really adds sweetness and innocence to the whole look. so i impliment that as the jacket. the school logo can be embroidered at the left side of the jacket. it is made of white wool-like fabric, possibly flannel or velvet. with fury details.
