I finished my entry for the creature creator contest from Infinite-Fantasy group.
I had a creature in mind that is related to my previous evolutionary ideas.

The Swamp-Flower or Swamp-Trap is a water creature more adapted to a life in water. Hunting like a crocodile, a lurking predator and waiting for opportunities. Appearing like a harmless flower. Descendant of my creature design of the Coral Diver (Seaevolution ) and related to my Hump head 2 design.
It is a creature with a tentacle crest. The tentacles are very sensitive tactile organs. The creature can hunt in swamp water without any sight. The eyes are also in a bad position for hunting. They can sense every vibration or change inside the water and on the water surface. They feel their pray and stab them with their frontal claws. The mouth and oesophagus beneath the tentacle crest is stabilized with the spinal cord and limb like structures, flexible and expandable. The Jaw is reduced to a hook in order to pull the prey into its maw and it has only one tooth. The prey is swallowed whole and the strong gastric acid digest everything. So the mouth with the tentacles and the oesophagus are only for feeding and digestion, not for breathing. Oesophagus and air tube are seperated. The breathing hole is next to the eye (see Hump head (update) body plan). For catching air it needs to lift its head to the water surface but it can stay under water for one hour.
