This photo was taken with the help of my friend... A group of us decided to do a home grown rallying meet at the beach so i go my friend to help take the pictures.. that's me in the car.. btw...Related content

yes you can with a 300D. get a longer lens somewhere around 200-300mm. Slow down your shuuter to 1/30th or something like that and use a slow film. mount it on a monopod and shoot away. Lastly pray that the driver doesn't hit you!

What kind of camera did you use? I can't do things like this with my EOS300D...
