One thing we macro/nature photographers dont do is touch them.. our touch could hurt them.. e.g. remove their delicate protections or break their legs.. etc... see but dont touch

"The Moth(man) Prophecies"
What is it thinking about?
- maybe about how to show its chocolate part?
- maybe about how to hide or keep fleeing?
This is somewhat fantastic, nearly perfect for my eyes..
It has this special something that keeps you focused and wanting more of it. Weeee

Ah this one! *laugh*
Yes, of course I know it!
Well, I haven't commented it because it is not that kind -for me- which 'has to be' commented.
There is always a special "click" when commenting something.
But I like that @ "l. butterfly", especially the red-green play.

You know, I have an obsession with dragonflies that I'm using in my work right now that no one knows about (until now) and I have to say i fully appreciate the beautiful softness of this piece. The haze of the movement gives it a magical quality and the detail is so dead-on perfect.
I feel shielded by this lil guy.
WOW.

Well, if my macro lens would magnify further or the dragonfly would sit still long enough.. maybe i may have one for you..

Quite often.
I love phooting what in my opinion are beautiful, unique, creative and the seldom noticed. At lot of these photographs, if printed on a high resolution printer (1440 dpi) are quite nice. The other aim of my photography is to try bring to people all the beautiful things in this world. All things large and small

Nice, I would have shot this with at least F16 to maximize depth of field, it's still a nice shot though.

Too much DOF and i'd have a flat picture... i wanted a picture with more perspective and focus.. especially on the soft hairy textures on its body....
