I have to say, I never thought I could draw so well (by my standards, anyway) just by looking at a render. I used one of my old renders for reference, of course, because I can't draw to save my life if I don't have a visual reference.And yes, I know, I used a mechanical pencil... is that a taboo in the drawing world? Because I'm pretty sure it is.

I guess I can agree on the over night thing. As a drawer myself, I try to take my time, especially since I suck with hands and height of characters...
And I use mechanical pencil when I draw to. (regular pencils kill trees in my opinion)
