You put your arms around yourself, trying to get you warmer. It was freezing cold which wasn’t really a surprise since you were in an ice dessert in the middle of nowhere, and yes ice desserts actually exist. Now the question probably was, why the heck were you doing this. Well it was quite simple, you worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. but not as some super cool assassin that kicks butts for a living. No you were a normal scientist, who was young and had potential. You felt very weird being with these people here. Most of them were agents, so you knew no one really. The reason why you all were wandering through this hell was that a new computer system tracked something down somewhere here. So you were one of the few lucky people to find it, lucky...

The thing was, you haven’t been working at S.H.I.E.L.D for long and this was the perfect time to prove yourself. You wanted to become successful here and you knew you had to work hard for that. If that meant you had walk through this freezing rubbish, you would do that. But this cold really made you wonder why you didn’t become a lawyer like many of your other friends.

You looked at your computer screen which was searching for the signals S.H.I.E.L.D had found earlier. You didn’t remember how long you’ve been staring at it already. Suddenly a light flashed up. You didn’t believe your eyes at first but there it was again. You found something. You let out a small scream of joy, finally! You ran out of you're tent and sprinted to your teammates. ,,I found something!” you screamed at them.

It took you all two days to find what you have found, but eventually you reached it. You couldn’t really see anything since there was a heck of a snowstorm going on (you blamed the ice giants!) but you could see the outlines of some big metal thing, it was mostly covered in snow, only on some parts you could see the dark silver shining through. ,,There’s someone down here. And oh my god....” you could hear Jon, your teammate through your earpiece, ,,What is it Jon?” another one asked. ,,This dude well he is, I cant believe it, he's alive.” What? You couldn’t believe what you just heard. How could someone be alive down there and anyways how long was that down there. Impossible Jon must be joking.

But you were proven wrong, for once Jon wasn’t joking. They dragged out a Man in a blue and red suit with a Shield. ,,What the....” you started, not being able to believe what you just saw ,,Guys? That’s Captain America.”

You took a sip from your coffee, you were watching over Captain America for several hours now. You were there when you all heated him up, well actually you were the one who heated him up, the others just stood there and watched. Your team took the Captain to S.H.I.E.L.D base immediately after you found him in the ice. Well the ice ship. Then it was Furys Idea to let him wake up in a room designed in his time. But he broke free and ran into time square. You guess it was probably to much for him to take since he collapsed. Since then you were the one to keep an eye on him, which you did with great joy and not because you thought he was very good looking (which he actually was!) but because it still astonished you that he was alive. He was in the ice for seventy years, and he was damm alive. Your favorite book laid on you lap, since you were counting on having to spend some more hours here.

You were into your book when you heard a voice speak ,,Where am I?” you snapped around and saw the Captain. He had pushed himself up and his deep blue eyes were scanning all over you. You were speechless for a second but caught your breath right after ,,Your in the medic quarters of S.H.I.E.L.D Sir.”

,,What year is it?” he asked sounding scared.
,,2012.”
,,So I've been away...”
,,Seventy years, yes Sir.”

He looked at you for quite some while, unable to speak. You thought it was because he was so confused and scared, little did you know it was because of you.

,,Are you alright? If not I could check you up if you want, Captain.”
,,You know who I am?”
,,Well everybody does, you're Americas first hero after all.” you said with a smile. He seemed to think for a minute but then answered ,,Well then it only would be fair if I know who you are.” You let out a slight chuckle ,,My Name is (Y/n), I work here, I mean I work for S.H.I.E.L.D. I am a scientist and in a matter of fact I found you in the ice.” ,,Thanks for that.” he said sounding sad, but then continued with a straight voice ,,(Y/n) is a very beautiful name. But to get back to your offer, I'm actually quite hungry, I mean i haven’t eaten for seventy years.” You laughed ,,Well thats good since I know the best Pizza Place in Town.”

,,Pizza?”
,,You don't know what Pizza is?”
,,Obviously not.”
,,STAND UP. We gotta go now!”

You let him put on a jacket and shoes. Then you took his hand and started sprinting. Most of your Co-Workers gave you an irritated look, some asked where you think you were going and some just cursed since you ran into them. The only thing you said was ,,Emergency! Let us through! Its bad this time CODE RED. This man has never eaten Pizza! Out of our way!” While you where running the Captain had to laugh the whole time. You knew he could run way faster that your speed but he let you drag him. Which you thought was actually quite cute.

When you arrived, you had to catch your breath but Steve was just fine. ,,Welcome to Heaven Steve Rogers!” you said and entered.

,,Honey Im home!” you heard the voice of your boyfriend call through your apartment. You jumped up from the couch and rushed to the door. There you gave your man a tight hug. Since the time he woke up, you seemed to hang out all the time and later you started to date. You helped him catch up on all the stuff that happened and most of all you helped him recover. ,,I have a present for you.” he said with a smile. ,,What is it?” you asked exited looking at him like a little kid. He let out a small chuckle and grabbed a box he had put on the table. ,,I brought you some heaven.” he said giving you the pizza box.

You rushed to the table looking at your present. ,,I love you Steve!”
,,I know.” he said ,,Hey did you realize I just quoted star wars!”
,,No you didn’t, you did almost, god do we need to watch that again?”
,,With you anytime.” he said with a smile and sat down across from you.
