Description
Here it is, the recipe many of you have been waiting for. Hope i made my chocolate cups with cheesecake.Basic chocolate cup shells are so easy to make as long as you let them set fully and can be used to hold many desserts, mousse, ice cream, truffles, the list goes on.
I tried to make it as simple to follow as possible, if you have any questions please ask and if you make them i would love to see a photo of them.

Query: In the ingredients, you said "1 tub of philaphillia cream cheese." Yet in the recipe, you fill the cups with the "cheese cake mixture." Are you meaning straight cream cheese, or is "philaphillia" a pre-made cheesecake mixture?

the Philadelphia after it has been mixed with the icing/confectioners sugar becomes the cheesecake mixture

Questions: 1. would these recipe also work if I use paper cupcake molds instead of the silicon ones?
2. Are the quantities you wrote in the ingredients section, just for four cheesecake cups?
I really want yo try out this recipe

i doubt that paper cases would work, they would probably rip when you take them off so you would be forever taking off bits of paper but you could give it a go with one cup to see
the ingredients are for 8-10 depending on how messy you are with chocolate. You can half all the ingredients to make 4-5 if you wanted, that's what i did for my dad, after all he is only one man

Thanks! I will have to look for silicon for I only have paper ones at my house can it be any chocolate or those special ones for baking or something?
I will make half, just if they come out wrong by any reason

a lot better unless it is with my other half anyway, he is a very messy and stressed out cook, i don't get him to help unless i really, really have to
