nobody wishes to strike nukes at NCR territory.
am i only one vehemently despises NCR?
besides, some users(not you, of course) adore this armor don't even know how to receive PA training.
this is surely better than breastplate with trench coat.

moreover some users (not you, possibly) wish to acquire this stunning stuff
don't even know how to deal with irradiated heavy troopers and Col. Royez since they seem not famliar with
DT system. some are even dealing them with gatling laser.....futile
i dealt them with modofied elijah's advanced LAER, MC MFC and laser commander perk
