For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.
- Copy all file in "Theme" folder to "%windir%/Resources/Themes".
- Open personalize panel and apply theme.

Great theme. I have a couple of minor aesthetic complaints. Tabs in the taskbar. The font color should be black like the rest, so you can see the labels good and I kinda hate the blue accents on the tabs in the taskbar, like when a window isn't in use, but in the taskbar it has a big blue triangle over it.
