Hmmm. This is fun. Everyone seems to be gathering their own interpretation from what I see reading the comments. To me it appears to be two people, both facing the same way, but one ignoring the other. The one is curled up in a fetal position and the other is looking away. Regardless of whether my guess is related or not to your true intention within the painting, it is certainly lovely to be introspective of it. Glad I got to see it.
