The box art for Magic: The Gathering's Aether Revolt set. Went through a lot of revisions on this and the printed boxes remove the fellow on the left to simplify the scene but I've included him here. Very honored to represent Magic with this set!

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental

I definitely need to get better at these action scenes with multiple characters. I can never seem to plan them out to look correctly in proportion/perspective. I am sure the answer is practice and research other pieces to see how they manage the perspective, so I guess ill have to keep trying.

I really like the art; it looks fantastic.
But.
I have a few questions about the design of her top... Is it supposed to be like brigandine/coat of plates, with plates of metal fixed to the inside, or is it just fabric? Because if it's just fabric, Chandra Nalar must have the firmest tits in the multiverse.
Also, what's going on with the scales of the scale mail that're under the red top? Are they specially shaped to fit the contours of her boobs? Are there, in fact, no scales under there, so that it's just shaped plates from the brigandine (assuming there are any plates)?
Please forgive and - if possible - indulge my curiosity.

Awesome work on the technical side of things, but especially from a compositional point of view. Powerful body postures and facial expressions, and love the whole fire-theme going around, awesome for the idea of a rebellion. As always from you a wonderful artwork Clint, thank you for creating it and sharing it with MTG fans as well as art fans here.
