Description
Created for the Gatecrash set of Magic: The Gathering. This is personally one of my favorite pieces I've created for Magic. It came out close to what I imagined and I learned more about lighting and painting metal in the process.Print available on my Etsy store: www.etsy.com/shop/ClintCearley

This is an exceedingly cool piece. I particuly like thatthere is nothing in the background to give things away. Also you get a real feel for "the moment of creation" here. It feels like jsut after this copy has ben genorated.

Ultrapro owns the rights to print Magic images on playmats so it's up to them. I honestly have no idea if they intend to make it available as a mat or not.

Sadly, yes, they do have the rights......and it irritates me when they only pick 3-4 cards a set to print.

I do have the right to do hand-drawn art on blank playmats so if you're interested in getting a ink drawing of Stolen Identity that way it's an option.
